Banana moist cake

Wah aku dapat kejutan dr New Zealand, 2 buah buku resep baking. Yang satu resep roti dan satu lagi resep cake slice. Hmmm senengnya dapat kejutan yg ga dikira. Gara gara liat resep cakenya koq jadi penasaran pengen langsung coba. Kali ini aku coba banana moist cakenya, ternyata beneran hasilnya moist banget, berhubung aku pake pisang yg manis, maka kuenya juga berasa bgt manisnya. Ditambah toppingnya dengan aroma lemon, kayanya cake ini layakk untuk dicoba, buatnya juga simple lho. Anyway makasih atas buku nya yah mba, tunggu kabarku soal resep yg lain, hihihihi...
Ingiderents:
2 1/2 cup raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
4 large egg
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar (castor)
banana (over raipe 4 pieces)


Topping: cream cheese 100 gr, 1/2 lemon juice + 2 tsp lemon zest, beat all ingederents untill floopy

Direction:
Place self raising flour sugar, and baking soda in large bowl, then mixed togetther. Add egg, oil and banana smashed. Beat all the ingiderents until smooth (approximately for 15 min).

Spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan; bake banana cake at 160F o for about 1 1/2 hours. drizzle cake with glaze when cooled.
