Topping: cream cheese 100 gr, 1/2 lemon juice + 2 tsp lemon zest, beat all ingederents untill floopy
Place self raising flour sugar, and baking soda in large bowl, then mixed togetther. Add egg, oil and banana smashed. Beat all the ingiderents until smooth (approximately for 15 min).
Spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan; bake banana cake at 160F o for about 1 1/2 hours. drizzle cake with glaze when cooled.
