High Rise banana muffin choco cips

Aku suka banget makan muffin di cafe sambil ditemanin minum kopi, wah slurrp bgt rasanya. Sayang beberapa kali bikin muffin eh koq bantet, mana suka keras dan ga enak ke esokan harinya. Aku baca resep, disitu dijelaskan kalo ngaduk muffin jangan terlalu semangat, hasilnya muffin akan bantet dan keras. Selain itu sisakan satu lobang kosong dicetakan yg diisi air, fungsinya untuk membantu muffin mencapai ketinggian maksimal. Eng ing eng ternyata bener muffinku melembung gede kali ini, bahkan keesokannyapun masih enak dan keras, bahagianya diriku, hehehehhe............


Ingiderents:
1.2 cup (113gr) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanila
1 cup chococips
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
banana, 2 very ripe, mashed

Direction:

In a medium sized bowl whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and mashed banana. Add the melted butter to the brown sugar mixture and stir to combine.
In another large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gently
fold in the choco chips, making sure they are mixed with flour. Do not over mix . Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix the batter or tough muffins will result.
Fill each muffin cup about two thirds full of batter, using two spoons or an ice cream scoop. Baked for 20 up to 25 min with 180 degree.
