Taiwan fried nodles (seafood)

Noodles always my favorite dish. As u know i like all types of noodles. Soupy noodles, or even fried noodles. This time i cooked seafood noodles with frozhen shrimp, squid, mushroom, calm and mix with any kind of vegetables.

Ingederents:
  • 1 package Taiwan noodle (flat)
  • mic vegetables (brocoli, cabbage, baby corn)
  • mix seafood frozhen (shrimp, squid, muhroom, calm)
  • spring onion for springkle

Seasoning:
  • garlic 3 cloves, crushed
  • papper powder 1 tsp
  • kecap manis or soy sauce 1spoon

  • vegetables stock 1 blok

Prepare the noodles according to the package directions, drain and set aside. In wok heat oil and saute garlic for 1 sec, add frozhen seafood and little water, stri fry until cooked and water dried. Add mix vegetables and saute for 2 min, until vegetables half cooked.

Add noodles then put papper powder, soy sauce, and worchester sauce. mix throughly until heated through (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle with spring onion and served hot
