Ingederents:
- 1 package Taiwan noodle (flat)
- mic vegetables (brocoli, cabbage, baby corn)
- mix seafood frozhen (shrimp, squid, muhroom, calm)
- spring onion for springkle
- 1 spoon peanut oil
- garlic 3 cloves, crushed
- papper powder 1 tsp
- kecap manis or soy sauce 1spoon
- worchester sauce 1 spoon
- vegetables stock 1 blok
Prepare the noodles according to the package directions, drain and set aside. In wok heat oil and saute garlic for 1 sec, add frozhen seafood and little water, stri fry until cooked and water dried. Add mix vegetables and saute for 2 min, until vegetables half cooked.
Add noodles then put papper powder, soy sauce, and worchester sauce. mix throughly until heated through (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle with spring onion and served hot

oo namanya mie yang chun yah Yam, abis dibungkusnya ada tulisan taiwan, dan bhasa lainnya ga bisa kebaca, wakakakakka
