Blueberry yogurt muffin



My hubby started enjoying my goodies, he asked me to baked something for him last night, and its almost 9pm i decided to make muffin cause i had left over bluberry in the frezher. Yogurt made this muffin very moist and soften, was suitable to accompanion your evening time or to start your day with yummy breakfast *_*



1/2 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup fresh red raspberries or blueberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease muffin cups or line with paper cup.
In bowl combine yogurt, milk, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, melted butter, and egg. In separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda
Combine the mixtures, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently fold in berries. Spoon into muffin cups. Baked for 25-30 min.

  3. I love blue berries and recently tasted blueberry muffins in a motel while our stay in Niagara, since then eying on the recipe and found yours.
