I got this recipe from My friends Nana, she told me its Norwegian dish. I was suprized for the name, i thought kind a sweets puding. Hmmm its yummy and hooked me to ate more :)
Ingederent:
- Potato 2 big size, peel and sliced thinly
- Tuna on jar, remove the access oil and crushed
- 1 onion , choped
- spring onion, choped
- milk 250 ml
- egg 3, beaten
- butter 1 spoon, melted
- salt and paper as desired
- mix all the ingiderents
- Take casserole dish and arrange half of sliced potato on the bottom then sprinkle with onion, crushed tuna and spring onion.
- Then cover completely with half over potato
- Finally pour the sauce on the top and baked on 260 degree for 35 minute
