Fishke pudding (fish pudding)














I got this recipe from My friends Nana, she told me its Norwegian dish. I was suprized for the name, i thought kind a sweets puding. Hmmm its yummy and hooked me to ate more :)

Ingederent:
  • Potato 2 big size, peel and sliced thinly
  • Tuna on jar, remove the access oil and crushed
  • 1 onion , choped
  • spring onion, choped
For sauce:
  • milk 250 ml
  • egg 3, beaten
  • butter 1 spoon, melted
  • salt and paper as desired
  • mix all the ingiderents
Direction:
  1. Take casserole dish and arrange half of sliced potato on the bottom then sprinkle with onion, crushed tuna and spring onion.
  2. Then cover completely with half over potato
  3. Finally pour the sauce on the top and baked on 260 degree for 35 minute
