Akhirnyaaaaa nemu harta karun diasian store hihihihi ketemu daun singkong serasa ketemu harta karum tak terkira :D Setelah sekian lama memendam rindu halah akhirnya kesampain makan gule daun singkong, alamakkkk mak nyuss rasanya jadi mengingatkan aku pernah makan daun singkong tumbuk dirumah sepupu pake sambel terasi, yumssss mantap bener jadi KKN (kurang kurang nambah) :D
Daun singkong or cassava leaves was very popular dish in Indonesia. We can cooked on the various menu from cassave leaves. The first time i saw cassave leaves fresh in asian store. really i have been so longing ate cassava leaves. Really this always reminded me for homey food.
cassave leaves 250 gr, boiled and choped
galangal 2 inch, crushed
bay leaves 1
small dry fish (teri) 50 gr. fry
coconut milk 500 ml
Blend to make paste:
onion 50 gr
garlic 3 cloves
1 tsp coriander pow
1/2 tsp turmeric pow
ginger 1 inch
salt as required
Bring to boiled coconut milk with all the ingiderents except dry fish. Then add cassava leaves choped, and simmer for 2 min until all get cooked. In the end add dry fish.
