Masala means mixture of spices. Originally this is chicken masala recipe, but i used sausage since i have alot of sausage in frizher. My hubs he enjoyed sausage as quick dish when i have no time to cook. I have boiled it or grilled. One day he prepared sausage masala when i was too busy clean the house, he told me that sausage masala was fimiliar for Indian family living outside the country. Simply reason, sausage is easy to find, not expensive and delicious! I can tell u this sausage masala was my version belive me its really yummy offcourse if u doesnt have corncerned about diet *_*
Sausage 1 packed or 10 pieces cut into chunck, peas frozhen 50 gr, curry leaves 5, onion chopped, 2 spoon garlic , crushed ginger, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, tomato paste 2 spoon, 1 small cinnamon stick, salt as required
Fried all sausage with 1 spoon of oil until colour has changed and set a side. Heat little oil in the pan then saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant for 2 min. Then add all the spices, stir for 2 sec. Add green peas, little water and tomato paste ,let peas get cooked. In the end add curry leaves and sausage, stir until water has absorb. Serve with rice or Indian roti.
