Japanase pancake (dorayaki)

I do remembered when i was teenager, doraemon was my fav cartoon. I used woke up sunday morning just to watched doraemon. After doraemon became famous on that time, dorayaki also became known with children because dorayaki is fav snack for doraemon. Dorayaki similiar with pancake but the only things differents on serving, because dorayaki stuffed with red bens. Nowadays somany varieties are there for stuffing likes chocolate, cheese or potato.

All purpose flour 180 gr
Egg big size 3
Sugar 100 gr
Coconut milk 5 spoon
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt for taste
vanila essence 1/2 tsp
For stuffing:
Red beans 2/3 cup, soak in min 5 hours or overnight
Sugar 1/3 cup
Oil 2 spoon
Water as required
Direction:
For stuffing: cooked all ingiderent until red beans tender and soft, when already done add 2 spoons of oil.
For pancake:
Whisk together egg, sugarl, and milk until smooth. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or spoon the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 5 spoon for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Spread stuffing on pancake and serve hot
