Onion 1 big size, choped
garlic 4 cloves, choped
green chili 3 pieces, split into two
ginger 1 inch

cinnamon 1 stick
coconut milk 100 ml
boiled egg 5 pieces
potato 1 big size, cut into cubes
meat masala 1 spoon

- Remove boiled egg skin, then split egg into two
- Add meat 1 spoon masala by adding 50 ml water, mix and set a side
- Heat one spoon oil in pan, then add mustard seed. Then fry onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili, let it brown colour
- Add cloves and cinnamon and curry leaves, saute for 1 sec
- Pour meat masala water into the pan then add potato, let it potato get cooked
- Add salt and boiled egg, then pour 100 ml coconut milk
- Let it simmer for 5 min and served hot
