I just remembered before when i was in Jakarta, me and my sister used to sit long hours in pizza restaurant just for enjoyed pizza and salad. We took one ordered salad and shared together, becuase we couldnt finished it all after ate pizza. I loved classic macaroni salad recipe, made with chopped vegetables, onion and mayonese. I used low fat mayonese for healthier salad dressing, yummy ;)
Ingiderent:
- 1 cup cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup choped onion
- 1/2 cup steam vegetables ( i used brocoli and baby corn, u can select any vegetables as desired)
- salt to tasted
- papper 1/ tsp
- mushroom 1/4 cup, ( i used can mushroom)
- 1/4 or 1/3 cup salad dressing or mayonese
