Home made chapati















Its quick and easy Indian bread recipe, chapati usually eaten with any kind of curries.

Ingederents:
  • Atta flour 250 gr ( u can substitute with all purpose flour and add 1 tsp baking powder)
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • water 50 ml
  • 1 tsp vegetables oil
Direction:
  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Add water and knead the dough for at least 10 min
  3. Close with damp water and keep aside for one hour
  4. Divided dough into 6 equal shapes
  5. Take one balls and rool aout into round shape and put into flat frying pan, cooked for one min till brown both side
  6. Repeat all the balanced dough and served hot
