Fried Potato spicy (Indonesian Food)



















Its Indonesian food, and we called it "sambal goreng kentang". For Javanese people (Java is part of Indonesia) "sambal goreng kentang" served on special ocasional. Likes on wedding party, graduation, etc. My mom she used to cooked for us, and i got this recipe from my beloved moms, miss u mom :)

Ingiderents:
  • Potato 1/2 kg, cut into cubes, and deep fried
  • beef liver or chicken liver, boiled then cute into cubes
  • galangal 1 inch ,crushed
  • coconut milk 100 ml (thick)
  • bay leaves 2
Seaoning
  • Red chili ( removed the seed if u doesnt like spicy) 100 gr
  • candle nut 3 pieces
  • onion 1 big size
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • salt as required
  • sugar for tasted ( 1 tsp)
  • crushed all the seasoning except sugar and salt
Direction:
  1. Put 1 tsp oil in pan then saute all seasoning untill change the colour.
  2. Add galangal and bayleaves, saute for 1 sec
  3. Then add fried potato and boiled liver
  4. Pour coconut milk into the ingiderents
  5. Put sugar and salt as required
  6. Let it cooked and less water (dried)
  7. Served with hot rice
